Sebago store gateway

In the 23rd of November 2023 my family and I were in gateway doing some shopping. We specifically went there to visit the Sebago store to purchase my usual for the year 3 pairs of Sebagos. 1 for my birthday and two for the December period. When we entered the store there where two staff present and zero other customers in the store. Both members acted as if we were not present and proceeded to stand behind the counter without even a greeting or without asking if we needed help. I feel as if the judged us way to early. I'm certain the owner of the store would not like HIS customers to be treated that way however I see what the store was empty. The two employees that were present has zero customer service skills hence the reason for me making my purchase at PNS.
