<p>Seawater Holiday Homes were given my premises to rent out as holiday accommodation. This turned out not to be profitable at all. I then wanted to make use of Lesley to rent my property on a permanent month to month basis with a client that I provided. He then paid her the R8000 rent and R8000 deposit. She took over two months to pay me the rent monies he paid immediately and she still owes me the deposit money. She is refusing to pay it as I took away all my business from her as she uses my money to fund her bussiness.</p>
