Terrible customer service

<p>We booked the venue for a bachelors party over a weekend.</p> <p>The place was fine and we had a great weekend in Langebaan.</p> <p>However it is 2 months later now and we have still not received the R1000 deposit back. </p> <p>I have sent 5 emails, countless watsapps and phonecalls and am getting nowhere.</p> <p>When you make a booking there is instant response but getting your deposit back is another story.</p>
