Promised on website dont deliver

I booked at this establishment with a clear intention that the free wifi in rooms could be used to keep contact with my office, it turns out i have to sit at the pool or bar to be able to login, and then the passwords supp**** in writing doesnt work, my suggestion avoid this hotel at all costs, there are many more in ****et that can use the south african business. Interesting to note they get away with it as they are used to serving south africans!!!!!!
