Very bad service

Me and a couple of friends (students) are planning a holiday end November and we cannot give an exact date at the first query of availability of the flats.<br> <br> When asking if the flat is available for a wider period(Yes, it was my 5th email to the agent), and correcting myself for previously referring to the wrong flat number, the following reply was given:<br> \AS JY NOU WEER IETS WIL WEET BEL DIE KANTOOR WANT EK ANTWOORD JOU NIE MEER GAAN SPEEL MET IEMAND ANDERSTE"<br> <br> Translation : \""IF YOU WANT TO KNOW ANYTHING ELSE"
