The best & friendliest staff

I will be a bit biased here because Seattle Coffee is my FAV of all times but I can't seem to get how at EVERY branch, either at the garages or stand alones, the Batista's are the most excited & friendliest individuals I know. How does Seattle hire their staff? In any case, either way, it works. They know our orders by heart & are always up for conversation. I love them.
