Terrible coffee

I bought a cappuccino at Seattle Coffee at Sefako Makgatho Ln, Sinoville, on Sunday 19/05/2024, coffee was watery so I decided to return it on Monday 20/05/2024. The service was fine but my coffee was stirred with a sharp knife, instead of s**** and I don't know who is responsible for training these damn barristers but the coffee again tasted like soapy water. I had to improvise by adding instant coffee. Seattle is going to operate at a massive loss with coffees that keep going back
