System always offline

Everytime I go to the seattle coffee shop on witkoppen road inside the astron arage, the system is always offline, you dont get your coffee points, and ypu cant redeam points there, system ALWAYS offline, ive bought hundrends of coffee there, and maybe have 1 or 2 free coffee there in years, whats the use of having a points system, if it never works
