STAFF ATTITUDE towards none SOUTH AFRICANS

Good day <br> I would like to lay a complaint towards one of your staff members. On 8 January 2016, my husband and I stopped at the Caltex garage (N1 South- towards Johannesburg from Pretoria) at 20.30pm. Whilst filling up i decided to get a cup of coffee for my husband and I as the rainy weather permitted it. However your staff member who did not have a name badge was extremely rude to me because I do not speak her local South African language, I am a Kenyan and my husband is from Ireland. I continued to speak to your staff member in English however she became very rude, by insulting my husband because he was white and I was black. She used extremely vulgar language, i might not speak the local language however I am able to understand as I volunteer my medical services to remote hospitals around South Africa.<br> I am extremely disappointed by your staff members attitude, who didn't even have a name badge. I was able to record some of the conversation but not all conversation.<br> I would like a formal verbal apology from her.<br> <br> Thank you
