Staff attitude and service is terrible

This morning I went to your seattle coffee shop in Zonnebloem on the sameproperty as the food *****s market. I had a terrible customer service experience,being made wrong. The store even got another public involved, who did noteven know my order. It turned into an ugly scene. The guy and lady serving was very rude, tellingthat I did not ask properly for what I wanted. I asked for a double flat white. The first said it only comes as a short. When I pointed out that they had given mea bigger cup they said I must say tall then. . . The lady then admitted that she did ask me if I wanted small or tall and I said no to small,so why did they give me to smalls then? The rudeness and making me wrong for their mistake and getting others involved whodid not hear the order was embarrassing to me and a terrible way to treat clients. I willnever go back there, I will steer any and everyone I know away from there and it is nota place that I feel comfortable with anymore. Vida Cafe has never treated me like this no matter which one I go to. I always get what I want and they deliver what you ask for. Seattle can learn something from Vida! I must also admit that seattle staff attitude is terrible and they pretty much snubbedme off saying that me getting upset is too much.
