Seattle Coffee Sea Point & Bad Service

No longer a Supporter. After an argument with the Barista and Chantal, the area manager, who was hiding in the back of the store. She was told I was not happy, yet she never bothered to come out and speak to me? All about Ceramic and Paper cups: I like my coffee in ceramic cups. I know there's a pandemic, but this store just decides to serve paper cups no matter what. Just depends who is on duty! This team is simply too lazy to wash the cups, that is my theory, no explanation forthcoming from the store! No apologies no explanations Nothing! Is this the way to treat customers? I really resent being treated like a *****!!
