Seattle Coffee, Oakdale Bellville , bad customer service

I have been to this branch and numerous times and this is the upteenth time i have been dissatisfied by the service of the staff!! 1stly each time i came to this store to redeem my free coffee vouchers then they apparently offline and i have to wait 20 minutes for them to go online and the staff are just plain rude all the time!Today was just the tipping point as i asked for barista to ass sugars considering there is no queue and they have done so in the past...today he rudely tells me that its self service and that i am rude for asking to put sugars in my coffee. i would understand if there was a queue full of people behind me and there was no time to do so but the request was quite a simple one, This is not good customer service at all and at every other branch that i have been to busy or not have always asked me 1st if i wanted to add sugar before hand. To put it even worst the guy has the audacity to argue with me in the store about self service and that he did not want to add it. i am sure these guys are chasing away good customers.
