Seattle Coffee Company Loyalty Program

The Seattle loyalty program is being problematic, I use four outlets , three at petrol stations in the West rand and the Melrose Arch branch. the reasons for the issue are as follows, "Poor WIFI", "off line" , "write your number down we will enter it", "enter your number the system it will remember" or the best one "there is something wrong with your cell phone number". Please give a consistent story so that customers can make their mind up to stick with you , or find another retalier. This has been a consitent issue , can you please fix it.
