Seattle have a 'rewards' system - for every 10 coffees - you receive a free 1.

Wednesday 22 February my free balance was 44 (so 440 coffees purchased @ average of R33.00 per coffee = R 14520 spend!!!_)

Thursday 23 February - free balance - NIL!!! - gone, disappeared!!

Logged a query via their website.

Subsequent response was they were aware of the problem, caused by loodshedding , etc , etc , but assured me that balance would be restored, and to quote " rewards will be automatically restored to their previous glory!"

Tuesday 28 February A balance appears - 33 - but still NOT correct, as with subsequent purchases - balance should be 48 ...SO 15 frees short - that's 150 coffees at R33 = R4950 - STILL SHORT!!!

So, mail Seattle advising them of development...AND GET ...ZIP, ZERO, NO RESPONSE TO DATE.!!!

Seattle - you have ****** from me, and I want my 15 coffees back!!!!!
