Seattle Coffee Company Broadacres

I am generally a Mugg & Bean type of morning person but this morning (11 September 2020) I decided to visit Seattle Coffee in Broadacres for something different. Upon my arrival at the establishment, the door was skew (trading hours were not visible at the time) and a lady was busy moving furniture around. To my surprise she did not even acknowledge my existence. Obviously I was aware that they were not open, but courtesy is greeting the customer and advising that "we will be open in approximately 10 minutes" was all that was necessary. Instead I had to approach her and request information with regards to opening times etc. Lasting customer service is exceptionally important and these tiny faults are all it takes for a person to stop supporting such an establishment. I suppose that I am just used to the excellent treatment I ALWAYS get at Mugg & Bean outlets countrywide, especially the one in Dainfern Square.
