rude staff

This is the most unfriendly people i've come accross, ever, the staff of Herm**** Seattle Coffee is very rude, especialy the big guy i the manager is short tempered and utterly rude. What a bad exsperience i will not buy there anymore i must say when the shop opened there was this one friendly guy not working there anymore, friendly advice find much more people like him.
