RUDE staff at Woodmead branch

Location: 5 Woodlands drive

Yesterday, 2 August, I interacted with a staff member who claimed that his name was Carl. He was DISGUSTINGLY rude to me, raising his voice and using an aggressive tone. When I asked him to call his manager, he rudely said that he was in fact the manager. When I asked for his name, he would not give me the information, and eventually told me his name is Carl. I have never been treated so poorly at a Seattle branch before, and I am shocked at the attitude this guy displayed to a paying customer. I work in the office park and will never go back to this store again.
