Rude service agent

Seattle Coffee located in Sunward park has the rudest agent. I’m not usually a person that comes to Seattle Coffee and when I do come the other agents are so kind and helpful to show me what the different options are. However today on the 3rd February I encountered a rude agent. I asked for Vanilla Freeze and she does the milk and not the coffee option. So then we have a whole back and fourth and at some point I say that look you are the face of Seattle coffee and it’s your job to offer clarity for some of the coffee options especially to those of us who are not sure of how the coffee options work, she then ends up making me a new coffee but she makes it very clear that she isn’t trying to redo this coffee and even in the way she hands me the coffee she is just rude. The last part that was straw to the coffin was when I asked her for a straw and she ignored me and then I had to raise my voice asking for a Straw and then she showed me where the straw is. In my rage and anger i ended up insulting her for her rudeness and then she decides to insult my mother etc etc. I WILL NEVER go to the Sunward Park facility again.
