Son just ordered a tall mocha and was given something else, tall almond coffee, he does not even like so would certainly not have ordered it. Was told that it was what he ordered and they would not budge. He says they did not confirm the order. Unfortunately he did not check the slip. I assume this was just because it was a kid and if I had been in the shop with him they would have changed it when saying it was not what was ordered. Poor show!
