POOR SERVICE AND ATTITUDE

Seattle Coffee The Marc, Poor service, pathetic staff who shout at each other in front of customers and making stupid insinuations about the customers. Firstly, they judge the customers by just looking at them - if they can afford their coffee and then they go on making gestures to each other about the customer. People working in this industry are supposed to be hospitable. The lady with the sanitiser at the door, doesn't deserve to be working there. I must say I love Seattle Coffee but the experience at the Marc today was an utter shock and a disgrace to the name. Five people standing behind the till and there was no social distancing at all.
