Poor experience

I will never go to Seattle in Cresta mall again. Apon arriving the server just looked at me and then carried on chatting to the barista. I had to ask if she wanted to help me. The barista called me over to fetch my coffee with a mouth full of food. My coffee was cold and my cupcake rock hard. And to top off the experience a ****roach ran over my feet.
