Poor customer service and loyalty machine not working!

<p> </p> <p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>At Caltex Machadadorp (N4 highway - Millys) we bought coffees etc on 10th and 15th Dec 2016. The system was not working on either day so we could not get points.
