Poor
Harrismith branch. Poor. Forgot our coffee and then had the attitude to argue that we hadn’t ordered (when we had a slip in our hand). To top it off the coffee was worse than below average. Threw it out after 3 slips.
We have previously gone to other Seattle coffees and that is why we went there. Sad representation of the brand.
I wouldn’t be surprised is they spat in my coffee and gave me Covid.
