Pathetic Customer Service
I buy a lot of coffee from Seattle and I am impressed by the quality. HOWEVER the service can be appalling. Today I went in the morning before work. They usually open at 07:30 but when I arrived at 07:35 they were closed. Now as I am also in retail I understand the need for stock takes etc... I asked what time they would open and I was told to wait. Assuming they would be open soon I stuck around. The staff continued with their tasks. Ten minutes later after getting a frustrated and being ignored by the staff. I asked again what time they planned on opening. They then told me they would only open at eight! *** you waste my time early on in the morning when I am grumpy and in need of coffee. I almost lost my damn mind, but managed to restrain my anger. I stormed away... thanks for ruining what could have been a good day.
