No quality control.

I only go to Seattle for the stick chocolate squares, I go 3 times a weekend to the Seattle in Linksfield. This weekend, I bought 3 x sticky chocolate squares, none had sugar in them. The staff swapped one for me, I lost money on the others. What was once a beautiful tradition for myself and my son became an awful experience. No quality control.
