No feedback or response on requests

My daughter worked for their Shelly Beach branch and resigned.She now needs a employer reference letter seeing that she has an opportunity to work abroad but all the new employer is waiting for is this letter.I contacted the manager at South Coast Mall Shelly Beach on 30 Jan 18 , 02 and 05 Feb 18 and requested this.Since now i have had no response whatsoever from him.I decided to contact the company direct but unfortunately this can only be done by sending an email on their website.This was done on 29 and 30 Jan as well as on 05 Feb and today again.Needless to say no response.We all know that our youth are battling to find employment and now my 19 year old daughter might miss an opportunity due to the "dont care" attitude from this company.Is this the way they treat only employees???
