No Coffee service at 9.35 on a Saturday night!

MY family and I often spend an enjoyable hour or two drinking coffee and reading at the Seattle in Mandela Square in Sandton City. As far as I can remember Seattle closes half an hour before Exclusive Books closes at 10.30 (in order to clean up I have been told). On Saturday night at 9.35 I wanted to order some drinks and was told that they were already closed in order to be able to leave at 10pm. I think that if the closing time is 10pm then drinks should be served until 10pm and cleaning up should be conducted thereafter. Even 10pm is rather early for a Saturday night when people are out and about in Sandton City. I find generally that Seattle employees have a bad attitude and as it gets close to closing time they are not keen to help customers. And all sorts of things seem to go wrong like no ice available or the freezo machine is out of order. I went down to the Haagen Dazs store to buy coffee which stays open later and where they are very accommodating. I wouldn't be surprised if Seattle starts to lose many of their customers to Haagen Daz.. Also I noticed that in their rush to leave no attention was paid by the staff to the filthy tables and floor. Disgusting!
