Loyalty, what loyalty?

Let me start by saying that I am a loyal Seattle Coffee drinker. I religiously have a Grande Cappucino every morning, and on some days I have two. In fact, please search my number ********** 120 on your system for yourself and see how loyal I have been in the last 18 months......
I totally understand inflation, and that every year the price of raw materials increases, suppliers increase their prices, which means that stores have no choice but to pass these price increases onto the consumer.
I however was absolutely disgusted at the cheek, audacity, and sheer disrespect shown in the manner in which Seattle has passed the price increase onto its customers. I walked into a Seattle on 11/02, and paid the normal price, and on the 12/02 I went into a branch and ordered my coffee, simply to be told "thank you Sir that will be R32". Literally overnight you have hiked your prices by almost 10%!!!!!
I am such an avid fan of the Seattle brand and coffee that I'd happily pay R100 for one of your cappuccino's with a smile on my face, it's not that prices have been increased, it's the manner in which it has been done, but there's just a way in which you do things, and I feel that Seattle, without so much as a simple A4 notice in each store notifying that prices are due to increase, has literally taken a **** in each of its customers faces!!!
Its the first time I have ever seen this in a store or shop.
Shame on you Seattle, Shame! On! You!
