Inconsistent products and terrible customer service

<p>I am usually a fan of Seattle coffee, especially the butterscotch latte.</p> <p>But the Strand street branch in Cape Town was always very dissapointing - the butterscotch latte tastes like regular latte, the bakery products (when I purchased one) are old and stale and the staff is unfriendly. Furthermore, it is not just this branch, but in general there are very big inconsistencies between the coffees and would strongly advise to provide a better training for the baristas.</p> <p>I am stating this from a point of view of a customer that believes in the potential of the brand and wants to offer constructive feedback.</p> <p>Unfortunately when I tried other means of doing this in private nobody was willing to hear at least, if not appologize or offer a solution for the issues. IT'S BEEN TWO WEEKS SINCE THE REGIONAL MANAGER WAS SUPPOSED TO CONTACT ME! I find this service to customers UNACCEPTABLE!</p>
