Inadequate staff training at Seattle Genesis

We have just been to Genesis Seattle. We ordered 2 coffees, an almond slice and a crunchie. Samkelisiwe, who served us, gave us a date square instead of a crunchie. Thinking she'd made a mistake, I asked her to change it for a crunchie. She refused to, saying that I had ordered and paid for a crunchie and that the date squares are crunchies and the crunchies are date squares as per the sign on the glass. I then tried to show her which cookies are actually the crunchies but she was adamant that she was correct and wouldn't change it. Such a pity that she hasn't been trained correctly.
