From customer service to the taste of the coffee

The Seattle coffee inside the Caltex Fresh Stop is just below par. From customer service to the taste of the coffee!

Buying the first coffee of the day at 6 am, you'd expect service to wake you and set you up for a good day ahead. Instead, the service just put me off completely and created a bad start to my morning, day and even week. In a nutshell, I was faced with a so-called "barista" that clearly did not enjoy the fact that she had to work the morning shift, and upon tasting the "coffee" I can say with confidence that it was absolutely disgusting! I requested a remake however as expected the barista was completely unprofessional with me.

I will emphasize that this unpleasant experience has resulted in me making the choice to never head to and Seattle Coffee again! It was the worse coffee I've ever had as of yet, and the memory of this bad experience will always be a dominating thought when looking at Clatex, FreshStop and Seattle.

Moving forward I am changing my fuel station as well as staying away from Seattle and subsequently, i will not purchase anything from the Fresh Stop again. this is a perfect example of guilty by association.
