Disregarding Health Related Requests

I have on two occasions this week bought my coffee from the Seattle on N1 in Midrand at the Engen 1 stop. On both occasions I have had suffer the consequences of mistakenly consuming dairy because the barrister disregarded my request for a milk alternative (Macadamia). I never have a problem with other branches but this is just a mess. The staff is busy focused on entertaining customers, instead of ensuring that they deliver when it comes to quality. That branch is a crèche.
