Disgusting Service

I have never received such disgusting and disrespectful service like I did at Seattle Coffee Table Bay yesterday 23/09/22 from 13:11 . I ordered a cheese and tomato sandwich, Choc ****in, Chait tea and a Café Mocha. Sat down as my sandwich was being toasted and my hot beverages being prepared. First red flag, my food was served over the counter so the gentleman called me out to fetch my food, mind you I can see other customers being served at their tables. This didn't bother me much but was obviously a concern but I was not going to be petty so I let it go.

At 13:27, now 16 minutes after I placed an order, my sister and I are even done eating, our coffee is still not served! It is now 13:29, the teller was literally making our coffee, saying to me two more minutes. This is after I have witnessed customers who came after me get their orders, at this point I am furious. I then stood up to ask, the guy told me my tea is ready, when I went to the lady whom I was directed to, she said "Oh no, someone just took your tea" now I work in Customer Service that was absolutely unacceptable! Firstly, why is no one taking note that I haven't been served and how does anyone give another customer my order, I asked for my money back, this is now 13:35!!!!!!!!!!! All I got was an unremorseful "sorry about that Ma'am" while being handed my money back, an empty, meaningless apology just to get me to leave.

I have been to Seattle Coffee St Georgia's mall and the one by Civic Centre. The service has always been great, friendly stuff and very helpful, always willing to assist. I am beyond disappointed and will never sat foot there again not that I think your stuff cares about that.
