DISAPPOINTING SERVICE

Seattle Coffee is known to be a 24 hour coffee stop where you can get your good coffee and go wether it be 11pm or 04am. Last week at the same branch on Hans Schoeman Drive I was helped with the service that is professional and what I know Seattle to be after being their customers for more than 10 years. This morning 03/11/2023 same service station I was told to order via a window outside in the cold as they don’t open until 5am. Whereas last week I was opened for and assisted at 04:35am. In the cold I waited to receive lukewarm coffee, that I had no choice but to take as I was in a rush. The cashier on duty was Leah and the Seattle Barrister Orzy (who by the way has treated me badly on 2 different occasions but different branches). This is very sad for such a well built brand to be tarnished by lazy, rude, employees with no compassion. Very disappointed
