Disappointing quality of coffee

I find that the coffee quality is inconsistent. 9/10 I am unhappy with my coffee as it is either too milky or burnt because the milk is too hot. I find that their baristas are not properly trained or the company just does not care for quality control. Please could your baristas be better trained and can you please ensure that your company actually cares for quality control of the products that you are providing. I frequent the Seattle Sandown in Cape Town and am sorely disappointed 99% of the time. I am more shocked to actually have a decent cup of coffee than to be shocked that its a disappointing cup of coffee. I will no longer be supporting Seattle at all, as this has been my general experience at all their branches.
