Cream sour or non-existent
I LOVE Seattle Coffee - even better when they introduced the 'Breve' to the menu which is made with pouring cream (perfect for those of us on a high fat diet). However, twice now the cream used was sour - which I only noticed once back at the office and then had to drive all the way back to get another coffee (incidentally without a single apology ever muttered). Now there is just no cream available anymore - yet the shop Fresh Stop in which the Seattle is housed has cream falling off its shelves. Yesterday I ordered a 'Breve', told there was no cream (after about 5 minutes of waiting already) and actually PURCHASED a tub of cream for the Seattle shop. About half of it was poured into my coffee (well, mine and a colleagues) and the rest was kept by the Barrista. No discount on the 'Breve' I had already paid for.
Apologies for the delay in replying to you.
So sorry to hear about the cream issue at Oaklands. This is not the norm for Seattle. We are speaking to the owner of the FreshStop to get more details. The person in charge of that store happened to go on leave yesterday, and is away from mobile signal. We are going to send your details to him, and he will contact you as soon as possible.
Again, apologies for the mistakes on our side. Thank you for bringing the issue to our attention.
