Cold coffee and dry bread

I am SO DISAPPOINTED today re: drinks and food. I actually avoid Seattle coffee shops because of past issues, but today I had no other option in the area and decided to give Seattle another try. Why not? It is so cold, and I was on my way to school sports event, taking off from work. It was approx 15h00 and I needed lunch. don't have a slip, wasn't offered a slip. I did tip R10. I ordered double mocha coffee with macadamia milk. Issue: I drove with that coffee to the school-just a block away! I parked, tasted she coffee and it was cool, LESS than lukewarm, just cool. How can that be justified? My sub roll had a sticker on to indicate freshly made today 5/6/2026 bb tomorrow 6/6/2026. I believe it was freshly made this morning but the roll wasn't fresh - it was dry! The avo on this roll wasn't visible? I paid R144.xx for cold coffee and dry roll with chicken. This is absolutely unacceptable. Seattle will not have my patronage again, even if I have to drive much ****her to find a takeaway.
