Barista called me ****** after long time supporting them

After spending so much money at this chain store I was chased out by a black staff member who said I was ******.

As a coloured person I don't see how thats really possible and obviously they will ignore my email about the issue because they don't want to put their foot in their mouth but as a serious customer I am disgusted they would not even issue a reply to me
