Bad Service & Horrible Coffee

Seattle Coffee in Menlyn used to be the pinnacle of excellent service and even better coffee, however it is very different now. Every time I go the staff are always talking loudly and laughing amongst themselves not paying attention to customers. When you do get somebody to take your order they get it wrong because they are not concentrating and too busy laughing and having private conversations. The coffee is made cold, and they don't put much care into making it or serving it. The floor and surfaces are always dirty and even more frustrating is that it is now the third time my coffee has been made with sour and off milk!<br> <br> I used to love Seattle and proudly supported South African. Now I can't wait for Starbucks!! So disappointing!
