Bad Service

Ordered a ice coffee at the Seattle Coffee at the Wedge shopping center in Morningside. The lady took my order and didn’t bother asking if there was anything else we wanted. She had the WORST ATTITUDE towards us and was very rude. Eventually I received my order and she didn’t even mention which was what since we had made another order that was different to the first. My ice coffee was DISGUSTING! It looked like I just had ice in my cup and was not blended properly or too much ice was used. Paying almost R45 for a blended ice coffee you would think the standard would be great. Throughout my entire experience today this lady served terrible customer service. Her name is Zwane
