Bad Hygiene and Vindictiveness

My daughters visited Seattle Coffee Company in Centenary Road Lorraine, Port Elizabeth on the 8/3/2020 at approx 12.45pm. They were met with bad hygiene and vindictiveness. They requested an Ice Coffee, to their dismay the barista started scratching her back and hair several times. When my daughters were uncomfortable with her action whilst making their beverage, she placed the lid on the cup and purposefully rubbed her hand over the lid staring at my daughters while doing so. The two baristas' started laughing at my daughters' when they left the shop. That is disgusting!!!!!!! Mandy
