Bad experience all round

I often get coffee or Chai tea at Seattle coffee shop and while it's never the best service it's always worth it because of the really good coffee. However that was not the case today. I ordered a Spiced Chai latte which just tasted like warmed up milk. I then informed the lady making the drinks and she threw my drink out and added more syrup and didn't say a word to me. This made no difference and it almosts Tastes Worse. I'm not sure if they were using old syrup/flavoring but whatever it was it was vile and not worth it!!
