Bad customer service

As a daily customer of this store at summit building 6 in Menlyn, I was told I was being given a sleeve for my cup as a favour. They are not allowed to issue sleeve unless the order is extra hot. Well my daily coffee order is hot for me to handle without a sleeve. It is a long walk from my office to the coffee shop and I require sleeves with my coffee cup.
