Bad attitude

I ordered two Tall Americanos and this lady only gave me only one coffee, then I told her I said two she just looked at me. Then my friend ordered for herself, then she threw the change and later had to come back after we just looked at her. She is tall and light in complexion, this was my first time coming, I usually go to Castle gate and leaping Frog. Im so disappointed and offended.
