Appalling service at Seattle Coffee Company Middelburg @ Astron Fresh Stop ***en Ntuli

I'm new to this town but not new to Seattle, I thought this one would become my regular stop on the way to work. 2 weeks ago Zanele gave me very cold Hot chocolate, but I let it slide because I was rushing. Today just after 4am I made a desperate stop for a butterscotch latte. I tasted the bev before leaving the store and there was not a hint of butterscotch in it. When I told Zanele (she said that her name she wasn't wearing a badge) she said she did add it very coldly so while sipping on her own drink. I told her she isn't keen to help me and she still just gave me a cold stare.

Please retraining this lady on customer service, she's tarnishing the brand.
