Amazimtoti disappointing experience

The Website and google say the shop closes at 4pm Sunday(5th Sept). Went there at 14:40(5th Sept) yesterday(door open) and they said they were closed. Please fix your schedule otherwise you leave customers disappointed.

Secondly, don't say you reply to your customers when I emailed this a week ago and still have yet to receive a reply...
