Birthday money gone

I placed an order on 26 December 2025, and it was supposed to arrive on 31 December 2025, but it still hasn't arrived. When I checked the shipping status, it says it's in transit and hasn't moved. I am super ****ing ****ed because that was money I got on my 21st birthday, which I could have spent on something else. I hope this site shuts down because it's a ****py site.
