Worst MISTAKE trusting them with my children's education.

Absolutely the most Unprofessional homeschooling system I have ever encountered in my existence. No communication, no answers, only excuses and demands for money. I have asked nicely and by now have demanded a detailed statement of my account, and gues what, the excuse of a new system is armed and ready and no statement of my account provided. No regard for our Childrens education. It is the middle of the school year and no solutions have been found to their failing system.. I have recommended other parents to this Institution and they are without a doubt beyond disappointed in considering Seat Sa in the first place. You're page posts about 100% pass rates but reports are still incomplete, work children has done is now MISSING and you do nothing about it, but make it parents problems to sort out your mess. I have message the CEO of this institution personally and not so much as a full stop of a reply. You have messed up my children's entire school year and you are taking no responsibility for that whatsoever. I will be taking matters to the department of education aswell as SACAI, You can not gamble with children's education and be proud of it, and still make money from failing A child who puts their trust in you, the body who is supposed to provide them with quality education. I am appalled and utterly disgusted, this entire school year was one big excuse, upon a failing system and promises to improve with no actual proof of improvement whatsoever.
