Worst mistake, not refunding

This is the biggest mistake of my life i have made. On 14 feb 2022 i I enrolled my daughter, I paid R1300 which 650 was for registration and 650 for fees at the end of feb i paid another 650. Mg daughter could only start 21 feb she had 1 week to catch up 5 weeks of work and homework. During this time I had to call for her coded and nagged to be added to the group that was very unpleasant. Every single morning there are classes cancelled which means you have to be on your phone all the time...also tge teachers has technical problems always shoulnt teachers have fibre. Its exams but they overkill these kids with tasks and homework when normal schools only focus on exams when it is exams. At seat academy they make rules but they are not structured properly. I am batteling with getting my refund paid them quick but now nobody can tell me when I will gey my refund ever heard of waiting a month for a refund this school is chaotic. It adds more stress...not recommended. I hope i will get my money else i will go to small claims court.
