School is a ****.

I paid for the entire year, for 3 kids. It's July & term 1 reports have not been finalized. Pathetic support staff. They're very helpful when you registering, But once your kids are registered, Goodluck trying to get any information or assistance from them.

My kids are traumatized. My straight A kid, has been failing since joining Seat, & they couldn't care. When my kids begged me to send them back to mainstream school in May, I deregistered them & received confirmation of deregistration but no mention of my 7 months refunds. After trying for days to get hold of the Accounts department I eventually contacted the Operations Director, via whatsapp, because they don't even answer their landlines. She then got someone from Accounts to contact me. I was advised that my refund will be processed at the end of June. In July I followed up & was told that there's nothing they can do as it's been sent to Refunds. After again continuously following up the poor account lady gave me the number for Owner of the School, John Volkwyn. He didn't even bother to respond to any of my whatsapp messages.

DO NOT REGISTER YOUR CHILD WITH SEAT.
